NOTE: There is no distinction between oral and poster accepted papers, regarding proceedings. Poster papers will be fully published in both the conference proceedings and the IEEE Xplore system, as long as authors comply with the requirements set in the notification email.

Regarding the poster sessions of the 18th IEEE PIMRC, please note that the presentation panels for the papers can display posters of A0 maximum size (vertically placed- portrait) and any smaller sizes (A2, A4) at any placement (horizontal or not- portrait and landscape).

Furthermore, the poster presentation does not require powerpoint slides, since it may only include a short (1-2 min.) oral presentation in the beginning of each session, aka teaser talk. Afterwards, each author shall present his paper and answer to any questions to interested participants on site (poster area).
