Registration fees
Registration fees shall be announced shortly. Fees will include IEEE member rates, IEEE student rates and non-member rates, as well as one-day and tutorial registration options.

Discount policy
* To qualify for the IEEE member rates, you must be a member of IEEE or the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) and provide your membership number in your electronic registration.
** To qualify for the student rate you must be a student member of IEEE or the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) and present your ID onsite.
*** Non-members can save immediately by applying online for IEEE or the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) membership.

One day registration fees include:

Note that social events are not included in the one day registration fee. Gala dinner tickets can be bought separately.
Tutorial registration fees include:

• Access to the tutorial in question
• Copy of tutorial notes
• Lunch on 2 September 2007
• Morning or afternoon coffee break on 2 September 2007 (only one or the other for half day tutorials)

Registration policy
At least one delegate full registration (IEEE member or non-member) must be attached to each accepted paper prior to the submission of a camera ready copy (final papers due, June 16th 2007). In case of multiple accepted papers by one author, one full registration must be attached to each paper. Discounted IEEE student fees and one day registration fees are not accepted for paper presenters. In case of not complying with the above, the paper in question will be excluded from IEEE Explore and conference proceedings.
In addition, all accepted papers are expected to have a presenter attending the conference. If no written cancellation (e-mail, fax or letter) is received for a paper by September 1st, 2007 and no rearrangements for presenter substitution have been done, the paper in question will be excluded from IEEE Explore and conference proceedings.

Registration payment
Registration to the conference can be paid either by credit card or by bank transfer.
Credit card payment can be made either with a VISA or with a MasterCard directly from the electronic registration page. Please note that 3-5 working days are needed to process and confirm credit card charges. Delegates will receive an email confirmation after credit card payment has been accepted.
Regarding the bank transfer payment, the procedure is the following: Please select this option in the electronic registration form. Upon submitting your form, you will receive an invoice with the payment instructions and reference number (which must be included in the bank transfer details). Please note that at least 10 working days are needed to receive and confirm bank transfer payments. Delegates will receive an email confirmation after bank transfer payment has been confirmed.
